Steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)).
Data
The form’s fields, the first page of the site you saw and, if you came from a campaign, its parameters (source, campaign, click id).
Recipients
The EducPilot team. The request is stored on our servers in Germany; the notification goes through our email provider, Brevo.
Retention
3 years from our last exchange, then deleted: the period the CNIL (French data protection authority) sets for prospects.
