About EducPilot

EducPilot is a French AI training video software. It turns an organisation’s documents (PDFs, web pages, texts) into drawn videos narrated by a synthetic voice, where every sentence cites the document page that supports it, and which the team corrects by annotating the frame. It is built for HR, L&D and compliance teams, training providers and software companies. Videos come as 1080p MP4 files, 16:9 or 9:16, in English, French or Chinese. The monthly subscription runs from €20 incl. VAT a month for 30 minutes of video to €214.80 incl. VAT for 400 minutes, with 5 free minutes at sign-up. Data is hosted in Germany.

How a video is made

  1. You upload your documents, or describe what you need in the conversation.
  2. The assistant proposes a plan: how many videos, the objective of each. You approve or correct it.
  3. The storyboard appears, free: every scene, its text, its drawings, its source.
  4. You generate the video, then correct it by annotating the frame; the assistant writes the next version.
  5. You export the MP4, or have it reviewed through a link.

What EducPilot does not do

  • No avatar or filmed presenter: the videos are drawn.
  • No SCORM export for now: videos go into an LMS as MP4.
  • No direct reading of PowerPoint or Word files (go through PDF), nor of scanned PDFs without text.
  • Three languages: English, French, Chinese.
  • No replacement for human review: the tool makes it faster, it does not remove it.
