EducPilot vs Vyond: an animation studio or a video generated from your documents?
Vyond is an animation studio: characters, scenes, a timeline, and now AI to get started faster. EducPilot starts from your documents and produces the video, which you correct by annotating. Two ways of working, compared on facts.

The short answer
Pick Vyond if someone on your team enjoys animating and you want control over every character, gesture and shot, with avatars, screen recording and a very large voice library. Pick EducPilot if you want a document to become a video without a timeline, with cited sources and review by annotation.

Where Vyond is the better choice
- Creative control. Characters that move, talk and interact: for a fully scripted role-play, an animation studio goes further than automatic generation.
- Built-in screen and webcam recording, useful for software tutorials.
- Voice choice, far wider.
Where EducPilot is the better choice
- No animation skills to learn. You approve a plan; the assistant writes, draws and records the voice.
- Targeted corrections. A note on the frame rewrites that scene, without reopening a timeline.
- Cited sources, useful for regulatory topics.
- Entry price: €20 incl. VAT per month, or 5 free minutes to try.
Frequently asked questions
Does Vyond also make videos from a document?
Yes: its pricing page lists text to video, including from a document, a script or a web address, from the Starter plan.
Can I animate characters in EducPilot?
The Comic and Infographic art directions stage drawn characters, but you do not animate them frame by frame: the staging is generated, then corrected by annotation.
