EducPilot vs Powtoon: animated templates to customise, or a generated video to correct?
Powtoon is an editor for animations and presentations, with templates, characters and many built-in AI tools. EducPilot has no editor: it makes the video from your documents and you correct it by annotating. Here is how to choose.

The short answer
Pick Powtoon if you like starting from a template and adjusting everything yourself (characters, brand, fonts), or want screen recording, avatars, image generation and dubbing in one tool. Pick EducPilot if your starting point is a training document and you want a complete explainer with cited sources, without going through an editor.

Frequently asked questions
Does Powtoon generate videos from a document?
Its pricing page lists “AI Anything to Video” on every paid plan. The result is then reworked in the editor.
Can I edit an EducPilot video in an editor?
Not on a timeline: corrections happen by annotation and conversation, and the assistant writes the next version. The exported MP4 can then be edited in any video software.
